Sales versus Profit Report

Use this report to view inventory item sales and profit information for the current period, the year to date, and the last full year.

Header Details

• Report process date and time
• Page number
• Current period end date

Line Details

For each inventory item and location in the selected range, these details display:

• Inventory code
• Description
• Location (only if the option to Print Location Detail is selected in the parameters).
• Unit of measure
• Current period sales value
• Current period profit value
• Current period profit %
• Year to date sales value
• Year to date profit value
• Year to date profit %
• Last full year sales value
• Last full year profit value
• Last full year profit %

Grand totals display at the end of the report.

Use the report parameters Has YTD Sales and Has PTD Sales to filter the report based on whether or not items have accumulated YTD and/or PTD sales values.
