Quantity Spread % Maintenance

Use this form to create and maintain quantity spread percentages that you can use to streamline the creation of inventory budgets in IN Budget Maintenance.

The percentages that you enter represent how the total annual quantity for an item is expected to spread across each.

Code

Enter or retrieve a quantity spread code of up to four alphanumeric characters.

Description

Enter a description for the quantity spread, up to 30 alphanumeric characters long.

Total quantity %

This is a read-only field that updates as values are added to the table. This must equal to 100 before you can save a quantity spread factor.

Difference %

This is a read-only field that updates as values are added to the table. This must equal to 0 before you can save a quantity spread factor. It represents the difference between 100% and the sum of the Quantity % spread entered into the table.

Table

The Period descriptions default based on calendar specified in IN Module Control. Enter the quantity percentages applicable for each period into the Quantity Spread % column. You can only enter values between 0 and 100.
