Location Transfer Report
This report displays the details for an inventory location transfer transaction. One page prints for each location transfer. You can print the report for a single transfer transaction, or for a range of transactions.
Header Details
- Transfer transaction reference number
- From location address (specified in IN Location Maintenance)
- To location address
- Date
- Page number
Line Details
These details print for each item that was transferred as part of this transaction:
- Item code
- Item description
- Item serial/lot number, where option selected
- Item dimension, where option selected
- From location
- Quantity transferred
- Unit of measure
At the bottom of each page, this information also prints:
- Total quantity
- Total weight
- Total volume
- Total number of pieces (where option to print dimension details is selected)
- Prepared by (user who entered the transaction)
Parameters
These parameters are available when you run the report:
Select profile
Select an option from this list
From reference
Enter the first reference in the range of location references that you want to include in the report.
To reference
Enter the last reference in the range of location references that you want to include in the report.
Leave the From reference field empty and enter zzz in this field to include all location references in the report.
Print Serial/Lot Details
Select this option to include the serial or lot numbers of items in the report.
Reprint Transfer?
Select this option to include previously-printed transfers in the report.
If the item
is dimension-controlled and the option to print dimension details is selected,
quantities displayed at a dimensional level represent integer
quantities, not stocking unit of measure quantities (applicable for dimensions
with a conversion factor is not equal to 1).

Notes:
- The example above displays an item that is also lot controlled. The dimension details print within the lot detail, as each dimension quantity is for a lot.
- Dimension quantities represent integer values, not stocking unit of measure values (applicable for dimensions with a conversion factor is not equal to 1. Item and serial/lot quantities are represented as stocking unit of measure quantities. At the base of the report, a total number of pieces is indicated, in relation to dimension controlled items.
