Aged Inventory Analysis by Tree Report
This report outputs inventory on hand quantities, unit costs, and aged values. Inventory is aged using the dates for transactions that increase inventory (for example, receipts + adjustments)
The report
excludes non-diminishing items.
Header Details

Line Details
These details display for each item:
- Item code
- Item description
- Location (if printing at a location level instead of a master level - see parameters below)
- Unit of measure
- Closing quantity (current year)
- Unit cost (based on costing method)
- Current value
- If Yearly Break is selected,
inventory is aged in years:
- 1 Year value
- 2 Years value
- 3 Years value
- 4 Years value
- If Yearly Break is not
selected:
- 60 days value
- 90 days value
- 120 days value
- 120 days+ value
The sum of the last five columns always be equal to the Quantity on hand x Unit cost.
If the option to Print in Detail is not selected, item codes and descriptions do not appear in the report. If the Print Lines option is selected, all individual transactions display. Otherwise,only a summary line displaysfor each item.
