Transactions

The Transactions form lists each of the transactions types, and their values, that exist for an employee for their pays. Leaving the transaction type empty will list all the transaction types or a specific transaction type may be selected.

You can list the transaction types for this financial year, last financial year, or a selected date range. You can drill down to the pay entry form for the selected transaction type from the search results.

Date From

Enter the start date of the period you want to search for. This filter uses the pay date.

Date To

Enter the end date of the period you want to search for. This filter uses the pay date.

Search Now

Click this button to filter all transactions that exist for the employee according to the filter criteria selected.

This Year

Click this button to pre-fill the date from and date to fields with the employee's current financial year as determined by the pay group they belong to.

Last Year

Click this button to pre-fill the date from and date to fields with the employee's previous financial year as determined by the pay group they belong to.

Today

Click this button to show all pays up to today for this employee.

All

Click this button to show all transactions for all dates for this employee.

Transaction Type

Select a transaction type from the dropdown list to filter the types of transactions that display when the Search Now/This Year/Last Year/Today or All button is clicked.

Search Results

All transactions that exist within the database for the employee that meet the filter criteria selected will appear within this form when the Search Now/This Year/Last Year/Today or All button is clicked.

Total Quantity

This is a read-only field that displays the total quantity of the transactions that display within the search results window.

Total Amount

This is a read-only field that displays the total value of the transactions that display within the search results window.
