Display results with all search words
Rate History
The Rate History form displays a list of rates that have been used over a specified time frame for the selected Transaction Type. You can list the rate history for each of the transaction types for this financial year, last financial year or a selected date range. The detail displays the period end at which the rate changed, the rate at that time as well other pay related and annualised amounts for the rate selected.
The Annual Pay displayed is based on this calculation:
Employee Rate x Std Hrs/Pay x Pay Group Maintenance/Annual Conversion Factor
Example
An Employee who is paid fortnightly has a rate of $36.6237 and works 76 hours a fortnight.
Where Annual Conversion Factor = 26:
36.6237 x 76 x 26 = $72,368
Where Annual Conversion Factor = 26.089285:
36.6237 x 76 x 26.089285 = $72,619
To display the details of each Transaction Type, select the required type and press one of the search buttons.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Date From
Enter the start date of the period you want to search for. This filter uses the pay date.
Date To
Enter the end date of the period you want to search for. This filter uses the pay date.
Search Now
Click this button to filter all rate history that exist for the employee according to the filter criteria selected.
This Year
Click this button to pre-fill the date from and date to fields with the employee's current financial year as determined by the pay group they belong to.
Last Year
Click this button to pre-fill the date from and date to fields with the employee's previous financial year as determined by the pay group they belong to.
Today
Click this button to show all rate history up to today for this employee.
All
Click this button to show all rate history for all dates for this employee.
Transaction Type
You can select a transaction type from the dropdown list to filter the types of transactions that display when the Search Now/This Year/Last Year/Today or All button is clicked.
Search Results
All rate history that exist within the database for the employee that meet the filter criteria selected will appear within this form when the Search Now/This Year/Last Year/Today or All button is clicked.
