Pays


The information on this form includes the pays, deductions, taxes and employer costs. The Pays form displays a one-line summary for each of the pays the employee has received. The pays can be listed for this financial year, last financial year or a selected date range.

Once the search results have been displayed, you can drill down to the pay entry form for the selected pay.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Date From

Enter the start date of the period you want to search for. This filter uses the pay date.

Date To

Enter the end date of the period you want to search for. This filter uses the pay date.

Search Now

Click this button to filter all pays that exist within the database for the employee according to the filter criteria selected.

This Year

Click this button to pre-fill the date from and date to fields with the employee's current financial year as determined by the pay group they belong to.

Last Year

Click this button to pre-fill the date from and date to fields with the employee's previous financial year as determined by the pay group they belong to.

Today

Click this button to show all pays up to today for this employee.

All

Click this button to show all pays for all dates for this employee.

Search Results

All pays that exist within the database for the employee that meet the filter criteria selected will appear on this form when the Search Now/This Year/Last Year/Today or All button is clicked.
