Lodgement Tab - Australia

Use this tab to enable the reporting of payroll information using Single Touch Payroll (STP).

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Notification email address

Enter the email address that will appear on the lodgement form. The ATO will send notifications about STP reports — for example, whether the lodgement was successful or failed - to this address.

Lodge pays using STP from

Enter the date from which the company will start reporting payroll to the ATO using STP. You can't include payments from before this date in STP reports.

Get software identification number

Click this button to get a 10-digit number that authorises Greentree to lodge STP transactions with the ATO on your company's or client's behalf.

To complete the authorisation, log into the ATO Business Portal or call the ATO help centre. When asked, provide the 10-digit number.

This company's STP data is lodged by a registered agent

Select this option if you selected the Lodge STP data as registered agent option on the STP tab under HR > System > System Options.

Employer declaration by

Enter the name of the authorised person at the company who is affirming that a registered agent is doing STP reporting of the company's payroll.

Employer declaration date

Enter the date on which the declaration is being made.
