This form captures the assigned user and team, which represents the owners of the record. You can use it with the View field on the Position Maintenance form to determine who can access a record.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Assigned User

This field will be populated by Greentree Desktop. with the user that is logged into Greentree Desktop when the position record is created. You can change the assigned user if you have the correct permissions.

Assigned Team

Select the team for the position.
