Responsibilities Form

This form captures all the responsibilities of the position. You can also enter general text to add any other responsibility detail. This tab also contains the function detail, which is display only and filled based on the Functions selected on the Position Maintenance form > Functions tab.

Responsibilities shown in blue are read only responsibilities that are listed on any Functions that are linked to the position.

Press F9 to open an extended notes form to enable entering longer formatted notes to the responsibility.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Drop Down Detail

Enter any additional information for the responsibility. Responsibilities listed in blue are the responsibilities of the functions for the position and are read only. You can add other responsibility types .

Function Detail

Displays the function code, description and any additional responsibility detail of the functions for the position and is read only.

Detail

Enter any other details about the responsibility.
