Functions Tab


Use this tab to indicate which functions are required to fulfil the selected Position. Functions are defined in HR > Human Resource Management and linked to the position on this tab. You must enter a Function Start Date. You can also enter a Function End Date.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Sheet

Enter or select the functions from those available in the dropdown list. Enter or select the current, date from and date to details. Date From is compulsory to save the position.

Up Arrow

Use this arrow to move the highlighted line up in the table.

Down Arrow

Use this arrow to move the highlighted line down in the table.
