Events
This form captures changes made to the position, including changes to the Grade and Status. You can view these events on the Events tab.
You can also create manual events by clicking the Maintain button. Event Type is a user-defined field, which enables you to create the event types you require for manual events.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Events Type
Select an event type to filter the events that display when you click the Search Now button.
Date Filter
Enter a date from which the search will filter events when you click the Search Now button.
Search Now
Click this button to filter all events that exist within the database for the position according to the filter criteria selected.
Maintain
Click this button to add, edit, view, or delete events for the selected position record.
Sheet
All events that exist for the position record that meet the selected filter criteria displays within this form when you click the Search Now button. Click Maintain to add, edit, view, or delete event details.
