This tab contains information about meetings. It also displays the type of meeting, along with its start and end dates and times.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Committee
This field displays the currently selected committee code and description for which the meeting is being held.
Description
Enter the description of the meeting for the selected committee record.
Type
Enter or select the meeting type from the dropdown list.
Start Date
Enter the start date of the meeting.
Time
Enter or select the start time of the meeting.
End Date
Enter the end date of the meeting.
Time
Enter or select the end time of the meeting.
Attachments
Click this button to add, edit, view, or delete an attachment to the individual meeting record.
Mail Merge
Click this button to create and perform a mail merge for the meeting.
Add People
Click this button to add invitees and or members as invitees, attendees or apologies.
