Security Tab


This tab contains the assigned user and team for the employee.

If the employee is not linked to JC, CRM, or to a Sales Person, you can link them on this tab. Or, you can create a record.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Assigned User

This field will be populated by Greentree Desktop. with the user that is logged into Greentree Desktop when the employee record is created. You can change the assigned user if you have the correct permissions.

Assigned Team

Select the team for the employee.

Authorised For Option boxes

These options determine if the record is authorised for use by Payroll or Human Resources.

Link to

These options indicate if the employee is linked to another record. You can also click the Link or Create buttons to link an existing record or create a record. Once the employee is linked, click the Maintain button to access the other record.
