Custom Tab

Use this tab to assign and display disciplinary tree and user-defined field information for disciplinary records.

If a disciplinary tree is defined as Mandatory, then you can't save a new disciplinary masterfile unless you have allocated the disciplinary to a branch in that tree.

If you want to remove a disciplinary from a tree, or change the branch that the disciplinary is assigned to, you cannot do this in Disciplinary Maintenance. This must be performed using the Disciplinary Tree Maintenance form.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Disciplinary trees

Double click the tree to display the tree branches and to then select and change the tree branch value. This disciplinary may also be done using Disciplinary Tree Maintenance.

Disciplinary fields

Enter the values for custom disciplinary fields. These custom fields are set up using User Field Maintenance.
