Custom Tab

Use this tab to assign and display committee tree and user-defined field information for committees.

If a committee tree is defined as Mandatory, then you can't save a new committee masterfile unless you have allocated the committee to a branch in that tree.

If you want to remove a committee from a tree, or change the branch that the committee is assigned to, you cannot do this in Committee Maintenance. This must be performed using the Committee Tree Maintenance form.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Committee trees

Double click the tree to display the tree branches and to then select and change the tree branch value.

Committee fields

Enter the values for custom committee fields.
