Certification Details

This form contains certification details of the employee curriculum vitae and all associated details. Each record contains details on the certification type, level, reference, date obtained, expiry date and details.

Code/Description

This field displays the currently selected records code and description, for which the certification detail is being maintained.

Type

Enter or select the certification type from those available in the dropdown list. You can also add other certification types.

Level

Enter or select the certification level from those available in the dropdown list. You can also add other certification levels.

Reference

Enter a reference for the certification.

Obtained

Enter the date this certification was obtained.

Expiry

Enter the date the certification is due to expiry.
