More Privileges Tab
Use the More Privileges tab to define the default Assigned To User and Team when a record with My/Team/All security is created.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Assign default user on new
The default user is used on the Security tab of each HR Item.
Set the default user per HR Item. Select one of these:
- Module Default - The HR > System > Setup > Security tab settings is used.
- Mine - User defaults to the user who is currently logged in.
- Unassigned - No default User will be assigned when a new record is created.
Assign default team on new
The Default Team is used on the Security tab of each HR item.
Set the default Team per HR Item. Select one of these:
- Module Default - The HR > System > Setup > Security tab settings is used.
- Default Team: The default Team for the user who is currently logged in is used.
- Unassigned - No default Team will be assigned when a new record is created.
Using HR Teams is optional.
