Bulk Convert JC Employees

You can use this form to convert your existing Job Cost employees to HR employees. The conversion will be across the employee code, surname and first name and address details from the Job Cost module.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Security User

Select the security user that you want all the HR Employees to be assigned to.

Security Team

Select the security team that you want all the HR Employees to be assigned to.

Flag new People as Verified Checkbox

Select this option to indicate if all of the saved information within the employee records being converted is to be flagged as being previously verified as correct.

Authorised for Payroll

Select this option to set all converted employees for use in the Payroll module.

Authorised for Human Resources

Select this option to set all converted employees for use in the Human Resources module.
