Bulk Convert HR Employees

Use this form to convert your existing HR and Payroll employees to JC Employees.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Payroll

Select this option to convert employees who are authorised for the Payroll module.

Human Resources

Select this option to convert employees who are authorised for the Human Resources module.

Pay Group

Select a pay group to restrict which Employees are converted to JC Employees.

Tree Short Code

Select a tree short code to restrict which Employees are converted to JC Employees.

Employee Type

Select the employee Type that you want the new Employees created with in Job Cost.

Activity Group

Select the Activity Group that you want the new Employees created with in Job Cost.

Default Activity

Select the default activity that you want the new Employees created with in Job Cost.
