Reporting Exchange Rate Maintenance

Use this form to enter the exchange rates that are used for reporting. You can enter rates for each rate type that is set up in Customise Reporting Exchange Rates, for each calendar period and year. The rates default in the first instance to those set up in Currency Exchange Rate Maintenance.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Currency from / to

Select the from and to currencies for the rate you are entering.

Multiply/Divide

This displays, in read-only format, the operator applied to this exchange rate in Currency Exchange Rate Maintenance.

System rate

This displays the current system rate, as set up in Currency Exchange Rate Maintenance.

Calendar year

Select the calendar year you are entering rates for.

Exchange rate table

Use this table to enter exchange rates for each calendar period used to convert the from currency to the to currency when you print financial reports. The rate Greentree uses when doing conversions or translations uses the report or process period end date.
