Publish Appointments/Follow-ups
The Scheduled Appointments/Follow-ups in the CRM database are exported to the Calendar/Tasks folder in Microsoft Outlook. When you select this function you can indicate which Appointments/Follow-ups are to be published in Microsoft Outlook.
Only Appointments/Follow-ups that have you as the assigned user will be published.
- If an Appointment or Follow-up is maintained in CRM, then the Publish flag is reset. This allows the updated Appointment or Follow-up to be re-published. The existing Appointment or Follow-up in Outlook updates during re-publish.
- Open Appointments must have a Reminder set to get published to Outlook.
- If a Follow-up is closed in Outlook, then the Follow-up is closed in Greentree CRM.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Only Unpublished Appointments/Follow-ups
All Appointments/Follow-ups that have not previously been exported, as per the Published flag on the Appointment/Follow-up, will be published to Outlook.
All Open Appointments/Follow-ups
All currently open Appointments/Follow-ups will be published in Outlook.
Open Appointments/Follow-ups since
All Appointments/Follow-ups from the specified date, that are currently open, will be published in Outlook.
