Cross Reference Tab
The Cross Reference tab displays all the Contacts that have been cross-referenced to the currently displayed Organisation. A cross-referenced Contact is a Contact in another Organisation in CRM, but who plays a specific role within the cross-referenced Organisation.
Use this tab to select the Contact and define the Role it plays within the cross-referenced Organisation.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Organisation Cross Reference
Select the Organisation that is of the selected Organisation from one of the three dropdown lists: Code, Alpha, Name.
Contact Cross Reference
Select the Contact that is of the selected Organisation from one of the three dropdown lists: Code, Alpha, Name. Contact is compulsory to create the Cross Reference.
Cross Reference Detail
Enter text to capture the nature of the Cross Reference, for example: Cross Referenced Org/Contact delivers x-type of Service to the selected Organisation.
Cross Reference Table
This table lists all the Contacts that have been associated with the currently selected Organisation. The cross referenced Contact is listed in this table, together with its CRM Organisation and the Role it plays within the Cross Referenced Organisation. This table can also be used to enter Cross References, by selecting the Organisation, then Contact and adding Detail.
