Analysis

The Analysis tab displays pre-determined data graphically. These graphs give a summary of the Organisation's:

Relationships - Number of Open, Open Inbound, Closed and Closed Inbound Communications
Sales and Marketing - Created Quote Potential ($ net based on created date), Expected Quote Potential ( $ net based on expected date), Expected Quote Forecast ($- net value x confidence %, based on expected date), Won Quote Amount ($net), Lost Quote Amount ($net)
Services and Support - Total number of Calls and Service Requests and Total number of Open Calls and Service Requests

Note:

Access to the graphs are allowed/disallowed using the Module Access set in User Preferences > Company access.
The default AR Calendar determines period ends. If one is not set, then the default GL Calendar is used.

You can also design custom graphs to analyse data.
