Analysis

The Analysis tab displays data graphically. The Contact Call/Service Request Period Totals graph gives a summary of the Total Number of Calls and Service Requests, and the Total number of Open Calls and Service Requests.

• Access to the graphs uses the Module Access set in User Preferences > Company access.
• The default AR Calendar is to determine period ends. If one is not set, then the default GL Calendar is used.

You must click the Show Graph button before the graph displays.

You can design custom graphs to analyse data using the Greentree Business Analyst module.
