Addresses

This tab contains the Personal and Business Address for the Contact. If the:

Business Street and/or Postal address detail of the Contact is the same as for the Organisation, then you can default these values by selecting the From Organisation option.
Contact's Business Postal address is the same as the Contact's Business Street Address, then you can default the Business Postal address by selecting the Same as Street Address option.
Personal Postal address of the Contact is the same as the Contact's Person Street address, then you can default the Personal Postal address by selecting the Same as Street Address option.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

From Organisation

If selected, the Address details will be updated with the respective Address captured for the Organisation. If deselected, the Address fields become available for update so that you can maintain the address .

First line of Business Street Address

Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters as the first line of Business Street Address.

Second line of Business Street Address

Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters as the second line of Business Street Address.

Third line of Business Street Address

Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters as the third line of Business Street Address.

Business Street Address - Suburb

Enter a suburb name of up to 50 alphanumeric characters, or alternatively, select a name from a dropdown list of suburbs (if available for the country of this Contact). If selecting from the list, related postal code, state and timezone details update on the form. You can edit or select a suburb name from the list.

Business Street Address - Postal code

Enter a postal code of up to 10 alphanumeric characters, or alternatively, select from a dropdown list of postal codes (if available for the country of this Contact). If selecting from the list, related suburb, state and timezone details update on the form. You can edit or select a postal code from the list.

Information Post Codes can be imported per Country in System > System Setup > Country Maintenance.

Business Street Address - State

Enter a State name of up to 20 alphanumeric characters, or alternatively, select from a dropdown list of states (if available for this Contact). You can edit or select a state name from the list at any time.

Business Street Address - Country

Select a country name from the dropdown list. The country selected will determine the data displayed in the dropdown lists for suburbs, postal codes and states.

Business Street Address - Timezone

Enter a timezone value of up to six alphanumeric characters, or alternatively, select from a dropdown list of postal codes or suburbs (if available for the country of this Contact). If selecting from the list, related suburb, state and time zone details will be updated on the form. You can edit or select a timezone from the list.

Same as Street Address (Business)

If selected, the Business Postal Address details will be updated with the Business Street Address captured for the Contact. If deselected, the Address fields become available for update so that you can maintain the address.

Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters as the first line of Business Postal Address.

Second line of Business Postal Address

Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters as the second line of Business Postal Address.

Third line of Business Postal Address
