Data Verification
The Verified indicator shows:
- Whether the record is checked for accuracy
- When Added, by Whom
- When Last Edited, by Whom
The Verified indicator is on these forms:
- Organisation Maintenance: The Verified Indicator also gives access to the form, which enables you to maintain duplicate records.
- Contact Maintenance: The Verified Indicator also gives access to the form, which enables you to maintain duplicate records.
- List Maintenance
- Campaign Maintenance
- Physical Asset Maintenance
- Invitation List Maintenance
- Booking Maintenance
The Verified indicator is available as a criteria when creating, for example, Lists. You can indicate that only verified records are retrieved.
