Internal Tab
The Internal tab indicates the Sales Structure for this product, internal to your company.
These fields are used in the assigned to section of a lead.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Reseller
This field represents the default Reseller assigned to the Product. Select the Reseller from the dropdown list. The list of Resellers contains Organisations defined with the Relationship Type of Reseller.
Territory
Sales areas are referred to as Territories. Select the default Territory for the CRM Product from the dropdown list. The values contained in the dropdown list are maintained through CRM > System > Utilities > Maintain Lookups, select Territory from the list of Lookup Fields.
Sales Person
This field represents the Sales person that is assigned to the Product. Select the Sales person from the dropdown list. The list of Sales people contains the Sales people defined in Accounts Receivable.
Sales Team
The Sales Team represents a group of people who are assigned to the Product. The teams are defined in CRM System Settings, CRM Team Maintenance and consist of the CRM users assigned to the Team. Select the Sales Team from the dropdown list.
Sales Manager
Select the Sales Manager assigned to this Product from the dropdown list. The values in the dropdown list is maintained through CRM > System > Utilities > Maintain Lookups, select Sales Manager from the list of Lookup Fields.
