Privileges Tab
Use the Privileges tab defines access to SCM items.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Privileges
Update user access settings for SCM.
You can allow or disallow user access to each SCM item, for these actions:
- Read
- Change
- Delete
- Add
You can also limit access to the All and Team records as used in the View field on Maintenance forms:
- All not selected - You have access to Team and Mine records only
- All and Team not selected - You have access to Mine records only.
An additional setting is Allow Security changes, which determines if you can update the Assign To detail on the SCM Security Maintenance form.
Default Team
Select the default SCM team for the user. The default team is used to allocate to records or to retrieve data for display when the Mine option is used.
