Templates
Greentree CRM has a number of interfaces to Microsoft Word and Excel. You can define templates to use for the integration to create your own deliverables — for example: quote print-out or letter. You can define number of templates per interface.
Use the Templates User Preferences to specify a default Template to be used per Interface. You still can select another template from the list when using the interface.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Template Location
Enter the location of the template on your computer or server.
File Name
Enter the name of the template.
Default Template Table
This table lists the default templates available to the selected user.
The table lists the Customer Relationship Management module and function, the location of the template and its file name. You can change the location and file name using the fields located above the table or in the table.
