Appointments


Use the Appointments form to create and keep track of your meetings from within CRM. You can capture detail about with whom you have the appointment, venue and time. You can also select the item that the Appointments relate to, such as a Lead or Quote.

The Appointments item is available to these CRM modules: Relationships, Sales & Marketing, Service & Support and Debt Collection. The context defaults depending on which Appointments form was opened. The context is captured by the use of the Type field.

The type defaults to:

  • General in the Relationships module
  • Sales in the Sales & Marketing module
  • Support in the Service & Support module
  • Collection in the Debt Collection module

You can select another type.
