Custom Tab


Use this tab to assign and display tree and user-defined field information for Counter Sales.

If a Counter Sale tree is defined as Mandatory, then you can't save a new Counter Sale unless you have allocated the Counter Sale to a branch in that tree.

If you want to remove a Counter Sale from a tree, or change the branch that the Counter Sale is assigned to, you must do it using the Quote Trees Maintenance form.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Trees

A tree is a hierarchy of classifications that represents meaningful groups of items that your company deals with. Trees are available throughout CRM. You can allocate an Item to a specific Branch within a Tree. This field lists all the Trees available for the item, and the allocated Branch.

You can add and maintain the Branch. Drill down on the Value field to view the Tree structure and select a Branch.

Fields

Custom fields give you the ability to define the additional fields you require for a specific CRM item. Custom fields are defined in CRM > System, located under the CRM Item it relates to. Defined custom fields appear in this field. You can enter and edit the values of custom fields.
