Consolidate Service Requests

Use the Consolidate Service Request options to group a cycle's proposed Service Requests per consolidate option. A form displays, listing each consolidated Service request to be generated. You can select the proposed consolidated Service Request and review the list of Services that it consists of. If satisfied with the grouping, a Service Request is automatically-generated for each of the consolidated Services listed.

The consolidated Service Request lists each of the grouped Services in the Problem Description field on the Main tab. If the consolidated Service Request relates to more than one Asset, then the list of Assets is automatically updated to the Secondary Assets field on the Context tab.

Consolidated Lines

Each of the service requests included in the consolidation displays.

Use this form to double-check that you've selected the correct consolidation parameters. If not, select cancel and re-select consolidation options.
