Processes

If a process creates a transaction, you must have Add privileges for the type of transaction being created and Post privileges for the customer, supplier, or general ledger account being updated.

To reverse the process, you must have Delete privileges for the type of transaction that is to be deleted.

As there are many different types of processes, you should contact your Greentree consultant to learn more about the exact security requirements for each process.
