Print & Task Queue Setup and Status

Use this form to set up email and fax processors. You can only set up one of each type of processor. If the task and print processors are set up to run as a service, the email and fax processors will also run as a service.

Setup Email Processor

Run the Greentree application on the computer that the email processor is to be defined for, and set up the processor using the Greentree print queue and task queue setup and status form. Only one email processor can be defined.

Setup/Fax Processor

Run the Greentree application on the computer that the fax processor is to be defined for, and set up the processor using the Greentree print queue and task queue setup and status form. Only one fax processor can be defined.

Current status/Summary view

When you are viewing jobs currently queued, each job has a Type for it, which displays in the table on this form. Email and fax jobs display in this queue with a type of Email job and Fax job.

If you want to filter your view of queued jobs, select the Email queue option or the Fax queue option to display only those types of jobs.

Note:

The icon displayed in the left hand column changes as the job is being processed.
The status of a report with no output will display as Zero Pages.
