Analysis Tab - GL Account Maintenance

The Analysis tab is visible in this form if the User Preference option Analysis Tab in Masterfiles is selected.

Business Analyst graphs these data series (Y-axis) by default:

Account Credits (account currency)
Account Debits (account currency)
Ledger Credits (ledger currency)
Ledger Debits (ledger currency)

These values display for the account, for each period (X-axis) from three years ago to the current General Ledger period.

Actual values display in the table below the graph. The first row of the table contains a checkbox for each data series, which can be selected or deselected depending on the data you want to view on the graph.

You can resize the table within the form, which also resizes the graph.

These options are available when you right-click on the graph:

Copy to clipboard

Copies the graph image to the clipboard so you can paste it into another application.

Save image to file

Saves the graph image to a file.

Change appearance

Provides several options for changing the appearance of the graph so it can be customised to suit the user/business needs.

Save data to file

Saves the table data to a file (comma delimited).

Refresh chart

Updates the graph/table with current data.
