Business View Designer

Use this form to design business views, using graphs that have been set up using the Graph Designer. You can see business views using the Open Business View, and you can also set them up to launch when the user logs in.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Design View

Business view name

Enter a name to represent the business view you are creating. This can be up to 50 characters long.

The Desktop layout section represents the business view space. To add a graph into the space, select Add a graph to this layout. A empty border will position into the layout, and you can select a Graph to fill this space from one that is set up using the Graph Designer.

Once graphs are positioned in the layout, you can move and resize them to design the space based on your preference.

Select a graph and click Remove graph from this layout to remove a graph from the desktop layout.

Availability

Use this form to assign user permissions to access the business view.

Select Available to all users if all users can see the business view, or use the select arrows to select one or more specific teams allowed to access the view.
