Items to Pay
Use this form to create receipt lines by matching values against current transactions for the selected customer.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Show children
If the customer is a parent account, you can show transactions associated with all parent/child customers, rather than an aggregate value by parent.
Show futures
Select this option to display items not yet due for payment.
Select all
Click this button to select all the transactions for inclusion in the receipt - this will select the Selected box next to each transaction line.
Individual
lines can be deselected before saving.
Deselect all
Click this button to deselect all selected transactions - this will remove the tick in the Selected box next to each line.
Individual
lines can be selected to include in the receipt before saving.
Items to pay table
This table displays all transactions of the customer, using the criteria applied. You can select transactions as required to include in the receipt. Transactions are included if they have a tick in the Selected box next to the line. If the transaction relates to a child customer, there will be a tick in the Child box next to the line to indicate this.
If you double
click on a transaction in this table, the source form displays, populated
with details of the original transaction.
Once transactions have been selected to include in the receipt, the details will transfer to the Items Paid tab, where you can edit the values before saving the receipt. You can only save the receipt to a value less than or equal to the selected values.
