Overdue Invoices Report


This report prints AR Overdue Invoices. The output will be based on the credit controls you have set up for each customer in AR Customer Maintenance, and the parameters entered before the report runs.

The report prints this information:

Header Details

  • Process date and time
  • Page number
  • Transactions Outstanding at date entered into the parameters

Line Details

For each customer, one line prints for each invoice that is outstanding using the date entered into the report parameters:

  • Customer code
  • Customer name
  • Branch
  • Calendar
  • Salesperson
  • Date of transaction
  • Transaction type
  • Transaction reference
  • Batch number
  • Applied transaction value
  • Total outstanding value - in local and foreign currencies.

The report will sub-total the output using the Profile you select in the report parameters. A grand total prints at the end of the report.

These Profiles are available:

  • Customer code
  • Branch/Customer code
  • Customer name
  • Branch/Customer name
  • Salesperson/Customer code
  • Salesperson/Customer name
  • Currency/Customer code
  • Currency/Customer name
  • Calendar/Customer code
  • Calendar/Customer name

Parameters

These parameters are available when you run the report:

From Customer Name

Enter the name of the first customer in the range of customers that you want to include in the report.

To Customer Name

Enter the name of the last customer in the range of customers you want to include in the report. If you want to report on a single customer, leave this field blank.

Leaving the From Customer Name field empty and entering zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz in this field includes all customers in the report.

From Customer Code

Enter the code for the first customer in the range of customers that you want to include in the report.

To Customer Code

Enter the code for the last customer in the range of customers you want to include in the report. If you want to report on a single customer, enter a code in the From Customer Code field and leave this field blank.

Leaving the From Customer Code field empty and entering zzzzzz in this field will include all customers in the report.

From Branch

Enter the code for the first branch in the range of branches that you want to include in the report.

To Branch

Enter the code for the last branch in the range of branches you want to include in the report. If you want to report on a single branch, enter a code in the From Branch field and leave this field blank.

Leaving the Branch Code From field empty and entering zzzzzz in this field will include all branches in the report.

From Currency

Enter the code for the first currency in the range of currencies you want to include in the report.

To Currency

Enter the code for the last currency in the range of currencies you want to include in the report. If you want to include a single currency code in the report, enter a code in the From Currency field and leave this field blank.

Leaving the From Currency field blank and entering zzz in this field includes all currencies in the report.

Calendar From

Enter the name of the first working calendar in the range of calendars that you want to include in the report.

Calendar To

Enter the name of the last working calendar in the range of calendars that you want include in the report. If you want to report on a single working calendar, enter a name in the Calendar From field and leave this field blank.

Leaving the Calendar From field empty and entering zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz in this field will include all working calendars in the report.

From Salesperson

Enter the name of the first sales person in range of salespeople you want to include in the report.

To Salesperson

Enter the name of the last sales person in range of salespeople you want to include in the report. If you to include only one salesperson in the report, enter a name in the From Salesperson field and leave this field blank.

Leaving the From Salesperson field empty and entering zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz in this field includes all salespeople in the report.

Transactions Outstanding At

Enter the date.

Print Unapplieds

Select this option to include payments that are not for an invoice in the report.

Print Customer Details

Select this option to include this information about a customer in the report's header:

  • Contact name
  • Telephone number
  • Fax number
  • Email address.
