AR Journal Applied Items

This form updates with transaction detail selected either using the Items to Apply tab or the Balance Forward tab. Values can be edited in the table before saving the journal, though you can not enter a value that exceeds the original value.

You can also add lines to this table. If you enter a reference that does not currently exist, Greentree assumes you are entering an unapplied journal.

If you do not enter a reference, Greentree assigns a reference of UNAPP to the journal. You can apply UNAPP transactions to invoices using the Apply Unapplied Transactions form.
