Related Form
Use this form to view all transactions of the customer, including those for which CRM is the source module. In addition, where notes or attachments have been added to the transaction, it is indicated here.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Open, Detail, and Contact columns
are only applicable to CRM transaction types (for example, Quotes, Communications,
Appointments, and the like).
Subject
You can select from a dropdown list containing each type of transaction of the customer. This includes transactions sourced from the AR, SO, JC and CRM modules. Select All to view all transactions, or a specific transaction type to view only transactions of one type, for example, AR Receipt, AR Refund, or SO Sales Order.
Date From/To
Enter the to and from dates to use for filtering the transactions returned to the enquiry table when you click the Apply button (based on the transaction document date).
Apply
Click this button to apply the subject and date parameters, and return transaction details to the table.
Double-click on any transaction line to open details of the transaction in the source form. For example, if you click on an AR Invoice transaction line, Greentree Desktop displays the AR Invoice Entry form, pre-populated with details of the transaction. Where notes and/or attachments are for transactions, you can also view them using the source form.

If a user does not have menu security access in relation to any of the transaction types, the transaction will be visible in the enquiry, but the user can't drill down to view transaction detail. |
