Customer Credit Card Expiry Report

This report outputs details for any customer that has a credit card with an expiry date less than the current date. Credit card details and expiry dates are set up in AR Credit Card Maintenance.

Header Details

• Report process date and time
• Page number
• Expire before date, specified in parameters

Line Details

This information displays for each customer:

• Customer code
• Customer name
• Card name
• Card number (encrypted based on setup rules)
• Customer contact
• Customer email
• Customer phone

Expires Before

All credit cards that expire before the date you enter is included in the report.

Exclude Inactive/Deletion

Select this option to exclude inactive or deleted credit cards from the report.
