Parameters

These parameters are available when you run the report:

Age By

You can select the aging intervals by selecting a number and period, for example, 1/Months. This determines the intervals that are calculated and displayed on the top right of the parameter form, and those on which the report output will be based. The From/To dates can also be edited if required to report on a date range that differs from Greentree calculated ranges using the Age By parameters.

Future/Past Intervals

You can specify the number of past/future intervals you want to include in the report. The maximum number of intervals is 5, including future and past.

Criteria by transaction branch

If this report option is selected, the Branch Code filter will be using the transaction branch, otherwise the customer's branch is used as standard. If you select this option, the Group by filter is disabled as Branch is assumed to be the default group option.
