Field Reference
Template
A list of action plan templates.
Once selected, the template lines update to the grid.
On selecting Done, the selected template is populated into the Action Plan grid on the lead where it may be edited.
Action plan templates are maintained in CRM > System > Utilities > Maintain Action Plans.
