Communications


Communications contains real time summary information of all inbound and outbound communications for the logged in user.


Security

The Communications panel is visible where access to Communications is selected under User Preferences / Menu Security:

  • CRM / Relationships, Sales & Marketing, Service & Support, Bookings Management, Debt Collection, and/or Fund Raising

Badge detail

In badge form, Communications displays the Open Items count.

Panel detail

The Open Items detail contained on the Communications badge is also displayed on the Communications panel.

The grid displays only those records that make up the Open Item count. These are summarised by:

  • Organisation
  • Contact
  • Type - for example, Sales, Service.
  • Summary.

Double clicking on any of the communications displayed will open the Communication associated with the record.

Column views

Columns can be sorted or hidden from view as required.
