Appointments
Appointments contains real time summary information of all appointments for the logged in user.
Security
The Appointments panel is visible where access to Appointments is selected under User Preferences / Menu Security:
- CRM / Relationships, Sales & Marketing, Service & Support, Bookings Management, Debt Collection, and/or Fund Raising
Badge detail
In badge form, Appointments displays the number of appointments scheduled for:
- Today
- This Week.
Panel detail
The Today detail contained on the Appointments badge is also displayed on the Appointments panel.
The grid displays only those records that make up the Today count. These are summarised by:
- Date & Time
- Organisation
- Contact
- Subject
To view appointments for a different date, select this using the Date picker.
Double clicking on any of the appointments displayed will open the Appointment associated with the record.
Column views
Columns can be sorted or hidden from view as required.
