Email Smart Button
The Email Smart Button is available when you create an email.
Select template
Adds the Template field to the form.
On changing the template, a warning message is provided if text will be
overwritten.
Show Bcc
When selected, the Bcc field is displayed on the email form.
The Smart button action changes to Hide Bcc.
Hide Bcc
When selected, the Bcc field is hidden from view on the email form.
The Smart button action changes to Show Bcc.
Clear
Clears the form ready for new selections to be made.
Send
Sends the email to the recipients listed in the To, Cc and Bcc fields.
Creates a communication or appointment depending on the form this email was sent from. For appointment, this is added as a calendar (.ics) file attachment which contains the time and location details.
Show Attachments
Available for Communications.
When selected, the Attachments field is displayed on the email form.
The Smart button action changes to Hide Attachments.
Hide Attachments
Available for Communications.
When selected, the Attachments field is hidden from view on the email form.
The Smart button action changes to Show Attachments.
