Description

This report lists all the job statuses that have been set up for Job Costing with a count of the number of jobs that are assigned to that category within the date and job ranges that are specified. Clicking on the status will drill down to the list of jobs that make up that status, and clicking on the job code or account will open the EXO Business Job Costing or Debtor details screens respectively.

Features

There are four parameters: From Job, To Job, Job Status and a due date range.  From/To Job allows you to specify a range of job numbers to monitor. Job Status allows you to specify which job statuses are shown in the list. The due date range has the following options:

• Today - only shows jobs that are due today (any time).
• This week - shows all jobs due any time in the current week (Sun-Sat).
• Within a 2 week window - shows all jobs that fall in a sliding 2-week window.  This is defined as the 7 full days leading up to and including today, followed by the next 7 full days.  For example, if today is the 20th the due date range will be from the 14th through to the 27th inclusive (14 days).
• This month - shows all jobs due any time in the current month.

Within a 2 month window - shows all jobs that fall in a sliding 2-month window. This is defined as one month prior to tomorrow's date through to one month after today's date inclusive. For example, if today is 16 December the due date range will be from the 17 November through to 16 January of the following year inclusive (the two full months being 17/11 - 16/12 and 17/12 - 16/01).
