Viewing Contact or Account Details in a Sale

To record the contact from an account on a transaction, you need to enable the Add debtor contact details to transactions profile setting in the EXO Business Configuration Assistant.

To toggle between account and contact details:

  • Select the Contact field of the Sales or Receipts window and click Account or press F5.
  • Select the Account field of the Sales or Receipts window and click Contact or press F5.

Adding Delivery Details for a Sale

If a sale item is to be delivered to a particular street address, POS provides an option to ensure that you have the required details. This feature is not available when processing a receipt.

To add delivery details for a sale:

  1. In the Sales window, select the account details and click Delv or press F6. The delivery details panel is displayed in the activity zone.

  2. Type an address manually or click Search to select from previously entered addresses for the account.
