Document Manager Overview

Use the Document Manager to keep copies of the documents you have sent to each Debtor and Creditor. Documents can be an image or a video file, or any file that Windows applications can open.

You can also create mail merge templates with the customer or supplier name and address details. You can personalise the document to suit your requirements.
